How to sew a dress like this for prom? Please share a pattern…

I'm quite new to the forum… At first, I just read, then I decided to register to learn something new from you.
I can't call myself a seamstress – I only do small jobs like hemming/adjusting. But my daughter is going to prom this year. I found this dress:
In my opinion, it looks more like a short wedding dress, but she is firm in her intention))
The point of the question: does anyone have a pattern? Or experience sewing such dresses? What should I consider (fabrics, boning, lining, skirt – crinoline?)? Help…

Я на форуме совсем недавно… Сначала просто читала, потом решила зарегистрироваться, чтоб поучиться у вас чему-то новому.
Швеей себя назвать не могу – делаю мелкие работы из разряда подшить/подогнать. Но дочка вот в этом году идет на выпускной. Подыскала такое платье:
На мой взгляд, больше свадебное укороченное напоминает, но она тверда в своем намерении))
Суть вопроса: может, есть у кого выкройка? Или опыт работы с пошивом таких платьев? Что стоит учитывать (ткани, косточки, подкладка, юбка – кринолин?)? Хэлп…

In our city, when graduates start showing up in long, "over-the-top" dresses with cleavage - that's where it gets bad. But the photo shows a standard cocktail dress, which can be complemented with a jacket later and worn for other occasions ;)
