Embroidering a Cheese Brooch with a Freehand Technique

I'm not a jewelry-making expert, and I find all those techniques that require very fine (and, at the same time, precise) skills very difficult. So, for people like me, I'm writing this "master class" that will allow creating interesting handmade accessories without spending a lot of time and effort learning the material.

For the project, take fabric (preferably white) and draw a suitable design. Mine is a piece of cheese.

Use thin thread and a fine needle and sew in whatever way is comfortable. The main thing is that the stitches should not overlap each other but lie next to each other (roughly like satin stitch embroidery). Change thread color depending on where it's needed (mark the fabric with a pencil immediately).

When everything is ready, cut out the piece (leaving 1-2 cm around for ease of handling). Thoroughly coat it with superglue (or a silicone/epoxy-based glue) on all sides. Wait until it dries, then trim very close to the embroidery.

Now you can glue on a pin back or any other fastener and confidently decorate your clothing whenever you like.
