Restoring Worn-Out Sneaker Heels
Many of us have dealt with the problem of torn sneaker heels. You'll agree that not everyone wants to rush to the store for a new pair. Also, there's no need to run to a repair shop immediately. You can easily and quickly fix torn sneaker heels yourself.

To repair the heel, you will need:
- pieces of fabric that match the color of your sneakers as closely as possible (from personal experience, I recommend using denim);
- shoe glue;
- a needle and thread.
Cut out a patch slightly larger than the damaged area of the lining. I recommend rounding the edges to make it less noticeable from the outside. Apply a small amount of glue to the surface of the sneaker and the fabric itself. Glue it to the heel. Important: remove the insoles from the shoes before starting.

Stitch the patch along the top edge with neat stitches. This is necessary so that the patch does not come loose or shift while wearing the sneakers.

Trim any loose threads and uneven edges. You can now put on your sneakers and head out for a walk. Of course, this isn't a permanent solution, but after such a repair, your sneakers can last for a long time. Here is what the sneakers look like after the repair, both inside and out.
