How to Fix a Deep Armhole in a Blouse: Simple DIY Tips

I bought a chiffon summer blouse on a whim. I'm in love with it—the color and the fit are perfect, BUT! The armhole is way too deep (my bra shows). I need to raise the opening by a couple of centimeters.

I'm not a seamstress and haven't sewn clothes in a long time, except for things for my daughter when she was little. How can I solve this problem without losing my mind? My only idea so far is to unpick the binding, create something like a dart on both front panels, and sew the binding back on. But I don't really trust my own ideas, so please give me some advice—I'd be very grateful. Here is a close-up photo of the armhole.

Я не швея и одежду не шила очень давно, не считая вещей для дочки в раннем детстве. Как можно решить такую проблему без потери армии нервных клеток? У меня пока только одна идея - распороть бейку, заложить что-то вроде вытачки по полочкам обеим и пришить бейку обратно. Но я не слишком доверяю своим задумкам, дайте, пожалуйста совет, буду очень благодарна. Вот фото самой проймы ближе.

But it's not critical; at the very least, in school during sewing classes, we covered this topic and studied different ways to solve such a problem. Reducing the armscye depth in a finished garment is not difficult and is done in a few steps:

trace the pattern (front and back) onto paper and cut it out;
go to a mirror and hold the front piece up to yourself;
use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance from the existing cutout to the point you need;
the resulting difference is the indicator of how much you need to raise the cutout;
place more paper under the paper pattern and draw a new armscye line

and move the dart, shifting it upward and extending it to the side.

Perhaps I missed something and the girls will correct or supplement me, but I haven't done such alterations myself for a long time (the photo shows an old dress pattern that was sewn about 5-6 years ago).

There is also an option to change the armscye cutout by adjusting the length of the shoulder seam, but in that case, you would have to rebuild not only the shoulder seam but also the darts themselves and the armscye cut, and that (in my opinion) is very troublesome, and you could end up cutting it in such a way that it would be difficult to figure out what goes where later🙃

I thought about that, but I realized that after such an alteration performed by me, the blouse would have to be thrown away.
