How to decorate a plain turtleneck with a 3D appliqué
To decorate a simple plain turtleneck, you can use an original finish - an appliqué made from scraps of leftover fabric. Even a beginner can handle this project; no special skills are required. This decor is also suitable for a knitted pullover if it is made of smooth yarn without a high pile.

Work process
## Step 1
Select fabric scraps in matching colors. The material can vary; I used jersey, thin shirting fabric, and printed mesh.

## Step 2
Layer the fabric in the desired order and draw the outlines of the future appliqué with a pencil; in this case, a rose. Baste along the contour.

## Step 3
Stitch using a zigzag stitch. You can also sew the appliqué by hand if you don't have a sewing machine.

## Step 4
Carefully trim the excess fabric. In the center, leave only the first layer, then gradually trim the second and third layers to give the flower volume.

## Step 5
Sew the finished appliqué onto the garment, then edge it with beads matching the color of the turtleneck. You can also use sequins, beads, and rhinestones.

Overall, the idea is not bad, but it needs some refinement. For example, hide the seams (add embroidery or choose some kind of decor).
