Fluffy Tulle Pom-Poms: Decor Tutorial and Safety Notes

Making a fluffy pom-pom
- Draw and cut two matching rings from sturdy cardboard, using a compass or round household item as a guide.
- Place the rings together and wrap them with tulle.
- Cut the tulle between the rings, then tie the centre firmly with matching thread.
- Remove the cardboard and fluff the tulle.
Scissors and cutting steps need adult supervision for children. Check that the centre tie is secure before hanging or wearing a pom-pom; loose pieces of tulle, thread, ribbon, or decoration can become a hazard for young children and pets.
For room décor, secure pom-poms and any cords or ribbons high and out of reach of young children and pets. Do not place them in sleep or play spaces, and keep tulle decorations away from candles, bulbs, heaters, and other heat or flame sources.
