Looking for advice from tailors experienced in patternmaking. I'm considering sewing a jacket with open shoulders.
I haven't decided yet — whether for a straight shoulder or for a dropped shoulder. I'm looking at photos and got stuck 😕 — do we move the bust dart in such cases or leave it as is? The question concerns, of course, straight shoulders. Where it's dropped — that's clear. What do you think? ✍

Не знаю пока – то ли под прямое плечо, то ли под спущенное. Рассматриваю фото и подзависла 😕– нагрудную вытачку в таких случаях переносим или оставляем как есть?
Вопрос касается, понятное дело, прямого плеча. Там, где спущенное – все понятно.

I'd still move it to the armhole. Though it depends on bust size. If the bust isn't large, you might not need to move it; it should sit fine and not gap.
