Help with pattern drafting for a drop-shoulder blazer dress
Hello, fellow makers!
My daughter has me stumped—she fell in love with a dress. It looks like a standard wrap dress with a notched lapel collar, like a blazer. It's original, no doubt, but I don't like the length, so the choice is either to sew it myself or take it to a tailor.
I need a brainstorm since I couldn't find a photo of the back. Can you tell me: what might the back of the dress look like? Is the dropped shoulder just for the photo? If so, there will be an unsightly fold in the back... I'm confused. 🙁

Дочь поставила в тупик - понравилось ей платье. Выглядит как обычное платье на запах с отложным воротником по типу пиджачного. Оригинальное, спору нет, длина мне не нравится, поэтому выбор - или шить самой, или нести в ателье.
Нужен мозговой штурм, так как фото со спинки не нашла. Подскажите: каким образом может выглядеть платье в зоне спинки? Спущенное плечо, я так понимаю, просто для фото? Тогда сзади будет некрасивая складка... В замешательстве. 🙁

You could sew a strap here too, but as for me, it's even better without it!
