Lacy 'Boat Neck' Sweater: Flatters Any Figure

I'm sharing a really pretty and fairly simple-to-make women's lace sweater. I loved it at first sight: the color of fallen leaves, an interesting boat-neck silhouette, and a great fit. A piece like this definitely won't be one too many in your wardrobe: you can wear this knit pullover with a skirt or jeans, or layer a shirt underneath it. Even a less experienced knitter can handle the pattern. The main thing is to pick the right yarn and needles, so the lace holes come out airy but not too large, and the "bobbles" don't weigh the piece down. And another thing I noticed as this sweater's little "signature detail": there's no ribbing on the sleeves or hem, which makes it look unusual and original. Adding this pattern to my wishlist — I already have yarn that would work for it.
