How to transform boots using polymer clay

To transform old, outdated shoes or a pair you've simply grown tired of, you don't necessarily need to spend a lot of time and materials, as you would with decoupage. To turn an ordinary pair of boots into stylish footwear, you can use polymer clay.

## You will need:

• polymer clay;
• boots with a platform or wedge heel;
• super glue;
• a small sponge;
• aerosol acrylic paint.

First, choose a motif you would like to create on the shoes. Sculpt the chosen pattern out of polymer clay and bake it in the oven. Follow the simple instructions found on every package of this material, and everything will be easy and straightforward.

Use super glue to attach the clay decoration to the shoes. Mask off the surface of the shoes with painter's tape, leaving the area with your motif exposed. Carefully spray paint the ornament.
