How to Sew a Silk and Lace Infinity Scarf | DIY Sewing Tutorial

Every woman's look needs a special touch, and in autumn, we crave even more tenderness. You can add originality to a plain outfit with a beautiful silk and lace infinity scarf.

Cut out two pieces (one from silk, one from lace), measuring 70x40 cm. Pin the pieces right sides together along the long edges. Sew them using a sewing machine.

Turn the piece right side out. Fold the infinity scarf in half, ensuring the lace is on the inside. Sew the lace edges together.

Turn the scarf inside out, pin the silk edges together, and sew them on the machine. Important: leave a small gap unstitched. Use this opening to turn the scarf right side out. Close the gap by hand using a blind stitch.

В каждом женском образе должна быть изюминка, а еще больше хочется, чтобы в осеннем луке было больше нежности. Придать оригинальности невзрачному образу, можно при помощи красивого шарфа-снуда из шелка и кружева.

Вырезаем две детали (одну из шелка, вторую из кружева), размером 70/40 см. Скалываем выкройку лицом к лицу и по длинным сторонам скалываем ткань булавками. Прошиваем на швейной машинке.

Выворачиваем заготовку на лицевую сторону. Складываем заготовку снуда пополам, при этом кружево должно оказаться внутри. И стачиваем детали кружева.

Выворачиваем шарф на изнаночную сторону и скалываем детали шелка и прошиваем на машинке. Важно оставить небольшой промежуток без строчки. Через это пространство выворачиваем шарф на лицевую сторону. Не зашитый промежуток зашиваем вручную потайным швом.
