Steam stations for home and studio: choosing the best value for money
Ladies, I recently read this thread: Questions - Tips - How to choose a steam station for work? I need your advice! - Sewing - ✂Komok of craft masters. I think it would be much more convenient to talk about specific steam station models separately!

I have a much simpler and more budget-friendly model - the Tefal Pro Express Ultimate GV9563.
There are great discounts on this steam generator right now (specifically on Rozetka – it used to cost 10,000, now it's 7,000 UAH).
Despite the current price, it doesn't lag far behind the Morphy Richards S-pro 332102. For example, the former has a boiler capacity of 2 liters, while the latter has 1.9 liters. The steam output is 160 and 140 g/min respectively, and the steam boost is actually more powerful – 400 g/min for the first one and 500 g/min for the second, with steam pressure of 7 and 7.5 bars respectively. The soleplate in both cases is non-stick ceramic – that's a big plus! Self-cleaning and vertical steaming are similar. I really liked the Fast heat up function – the water heats up in two minutes, and you can add more to the tank (which is removable, by the way) at any time. Plus, it's much easier to order Tefal in Ukraine, and at a nice price too.
The iron itself is very lightweight, making it much more comfortable to work with than a regular iron – my hands don't get tired (I have something to compare it to!). It glides perfectly over fabric and leaves no marks. It irons even the thickest fabrics folded several times. I also iron curtains while they're hanging, and I couldn't be happier!
In short, at the moment, it wins on price and doesn't compromise on quality.
