Girls, I had a cowl that wasn't seamless, it had a seam, and I decided to turn it into a scarf. It has a main pattern with ribbing on both sides. I unraveled the ribbing and want to lengthen the scarf. But here's the problem :) I can't figure out what the pattern is. It seems to be made with yarn overs. Take a look, maybe someone can help me identify it. Photos 1 and 3 are the right side (photo 3 is stretched); 2 and 4 are the wrong side.

You've given me quite a challenge, but I think I've found that pattern. It's simple to knit. The repeat is 2 rows, and the number of stitches must be divisible by 2.
Row 1: Slip 1 stitch with a yarn over, knit 1. Repeat to the end of the row.
Row 2: Slip the stitch that was slipped with a yarn over again with another yarn over (you get 1 stitch and 2 yarn overs), knit the purl stitches between them.
Row 3: Knit the stitches with 2 yarn overs together through the back loop, slip the purl stitches with 1 yarn over.
This way, you get 3D checkmarks arranged in a staggered pattern.
If the description is unclear, you can watch a tutorial, but it uses two-colored yarn.
