Help me find a pattern for this hat
I found this wonderful hat on the internet.

I want to knit it for my godson, but I haven't been able to find a pattern anywhere, and I can't quite figure it out on my own 🙁. Can anyone help? I'll be knitting it for a 1-year-old boy.
Show original
Попалась на просторах интернета вот такая чудесная шапочка.

Хочу связать крестнику, но нигде не нашла описание, а сама как-то не соображу 🙁. Может кто-то подскажет? Буду вязать на мальчика 1 год.

Here you go)
The knitting gauge on the swatch is 2.1 stitches per 1 cm. The hat is for a child under 1 year old.
We start knitting from the central part of the hat (it is seamless).
Cast on 16 stitches and knit in garter stitch for 50 rows.
Side parts:
Switch to needles with a long cord. Pick up 51 stitches from the edge stitches along one side of the hat, mark the central one – this will be the side part. Then knit with decreases, which are made ONLY in the right-side rows as follows:
Row 1 (right side). Slip the first stitch, knit 23 stitches, knit 2 together, purl the central stitch, knit 2 together, knit to the end of the row.
Row 2 (wrong side). Knit all stitches.
Continue until the end of the side wedge following the same pattern – make decreases on both sides of the central stitch in the right-side rows until 3 stitches remain on the needle. Knit them together. The second side part is knitted in the same way.
Visor:
Pick up 40 stitches from the edge stitches along the front of the hat. Then knit with short rows in stockinette stitch. To do this, leave 5, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1 stitches unworked on both sides of the row (leave them on the needle) until 16 stitches remain on the needle. Then knit with short rows again until there are 40 stitches on the needles. Bind off all stitches. Fold the visor and sew it to the hat.
Bottom part
Pick up 55 stitches from the edge stitches along the bottom of the hat and knit in 1x1 ribbing. Bind off the stitches with a needle to keep the edge elastic.
Ties
You can knit them by picking up 12 stitches from the ribbing and knitting in 1x1 ribbing to the desired length. You can also knit the ties in tubular ribbing and sew them to the hat.
