New Alisa Embroidery Kits at Formula of Needlework

Another greeting from the vibrant Formula of Needlework exhibition and the embroidery manufacturer Alisa! The company is known for its designs and manages to delight stitchers every year with at least a couple of memorable releases. Earlier favourites included the seascapes "Morning on the Coast" and "Lighthouse", floral designs such as "Pink Dreams", "Poppy", and "Tender Peony", and the extensive Basik the Cat series, which is well worth a search.

This year, among the large projects, the star of the show was "Roses in the Living Room"—a rich, striking retro piece that looks as if painted in oils.

Surprisingly, crafters lingered longest around the many miniatures. The miniature seascapes earned particular affection; displayed together on the stand, they made a real design success.

The miniature animals were also especially appealing for their lifelike detail and simple, skilful framing.

The mini bouquets brought back memories of the recent summer.

And, of course, there were the famous "Seagulls on the Shallows"—many Alisa fans could hardly wait for the kit release and bought the pilot charts in advance.

Tomorrow we will explore the work of Marya Iskusnitsa—there will be plenty of colour, inspiration, and beauty 😉

Очередной привет от яркой Формулы рукоделия и чудесного производителя изделий для вышивки – Алисы! Фирма известна своими качественными дизайнами и каждый год умудряется радовать вышивальщиц хотя бы парой запоминающихся шедевров. В прошлом это были морские пейзажи «Утро на побережье» и «Маяк». Из цветочной серии – «Розовые мечты», «Мак», «Нежный пион». Серия-эпопея про котиков-Басиков – вообще отдельная история (рекомендую погуглить эту милоту).

В этом году из больших работ звездой показа стали «Розы в гостиной» – насыщенное, броское ретро, будто написанное маслом.

Но на удивление больше всего рукодельницы простаивали у миниатюрок, которых было более чем достаточно. Особую любовь по праву заслужили морские мини-пейзажи. На стенде они были объединены в одну композицию – по дизайну это оказалось прямое попадание!

Зверушки в мини-формате тоже были необычайно хороши в своей «настоящести» и в простом, но умелом оформлении.

Мини-букеты напомнили про недавнее лето.

Ну, и знаменитые Чайки на отмели – многие поклонники Алисы с трудом дотерпели до выхода набора в свет, прикупив себе пилотные схемы.

And, of course, the famous Seagulls on the Shallows—many fans of Alisa could hardly wait for the kit release, purchasing the pilot charts in advance.

The seagull design did not appeal to me at all. Panna has much more interesting lighthouse designs, in my humble opinion.

But what I love about this manufacturer is that almost any miniature they make is a masterpiece )) How can they convey that tiny raccoon so well on such a small piece of fabric? It looks completely alive 😄
