"Sandy Girl" Doll

Eulali thread, 1 mm thick – skin tone, mustard, white, and brown
Armonia thread, 2 mm thick – brown and mustard
Embroidery thread, ANCHOR No. 8 – white, brown, and black
Two packs of synthetic doll hair
Armature wire
Plastic tube for head support
Decorative pearls – 3 pcs.
Buttons for shoes – 2 pcs.

No. 2.5 knitting needles – for the dress and leg warmers
No. 1.75 crochet hook – for the shoes and collar
No. 1.5 crochet hook – for the body

Arms

Step 1

With a No. 1.5 hook and skin-tone thread, crochet two pieces:

Row 1: 6 sc in an Amigurumi ring (= 6);

Row 2: 4 increases, 2 sc (= 10);

Row 3: 1 sc, 1 inc, 4 sc, 1 inc, 3 sc (= 12);

Rows 4–7: 12 sc (= 12);

Row 8: 6 sc, (sc 3 sts together) x 2 (= 8);

Rows 9–12: 8 sc (= 8);

Row 13: 1 inc, 7 sc (= 9);

Rows 14–36: 9 sc (= 9).

Right Leg

Step 1

Work with white thread, No. 1.5 hook.

Cut a 18 cm length of wire for each leg.

Step 2

Chain 8, into the 2nd chain from the hook:

Row 1: 6 sc, inc in the last stitch, 6 sc (= 14);

Rows 2–7: 14 sc (= 14);

Row 8: 8 sc, turn (working the heel);

Row 9: skip 1 sc, 5 sc, 1 decrease (= 6), turn;
