The cat theme has remained popular for several years. If you already have a hat with ears and want a stylish new item, I suggest knitting a dress with a cat - you definitely won't go unnoticed in it!

The style of the dress is simple and resembles an elongated sweater. It is knitted in plain garter stitch - if you have a knitting machine at home, the work will take 2-3 evenings. For the cuffs and the bottom of the garment, you will need black yarn, which is also used for knitting the picture, in our case - a cat. You can also choose several other options.

If knitting an ornament is too difficult for you, you can use the method of embroidery on knitwear. In this case, the dress is knitted with solid-colored yarn and decorated on the front with a duplicate stitch. I will dedicate the next post to this topic to explain the technique for beginners.
