Friends, does anyone have a pattern for men's trousers in the 1940s fashion (wide and with pleats at the top), preferably for suspenders?
Good afternoon! As far as I understand, you are talking about wide-leg trousers. These were exactly the trends in the 40s. The width at the bottom reached up to 30 cm. It resulted in something resembling "two skirts." I found an old book on making and cutting clothes. It is Z. H. Levitanus's "Golden Book. A Guide for Tailors" from 1926. Maybe it will suit you. I will look for more, maybe I can find one specifically with pleats.

No sufficiently related materials yet.

Take a look, I found this as well. It is certainly not from the 40s, but it does have various pleat options. In general, I think there is enough information here for a tailor.
