I run a clothing shop that mainly sells knitwear. Can anyone suggest where in Moscow I could have a batch of T-shirts made? My previous manufacturer has closed down.

You probably will not find business partners here: for most of us, crafts are simply a hobby, and our main jobs leave little time for them.
You could try searching Instagram with Russian-language hashtags for Moscow sewing workshops, garment production, and garment factories. These were the first three accounts found with those searches:

Try contacting prospective manufacturers, asking about their terms, and requesting references. An established company should be able to show you, or put you in touch with, some recent clients.
