Scarf Braided from Knitted Strips

This original scarf can be knit very easily and quickly. To do this, you need to know how to work a basic rib stitch.

What you will need:
*medium-weight yarn in three colors – milk, beige, and brown;
*No. 4.5 knitting needles;
*needle, thread, scissors.
Instructions
We need to knit three separate strips in 1 knit / 1 purl rib stitch. Cast on 13...15 stitches for each. Knit until reaching a length of 2 m.

Step 5

Braid the finished strips into a braid, trying to lay them flat in a single plane. As you braid, sew the "strands" together with blind stitches.

Attach fringe of the matching color along the edges of each strip.
*Tip
There is no need to make it thick; we will make a combined strand later.*
At the end, overlap the strips and secure them with several wraps of yarn.
