Making an Unusual and Eye-Catching Pendant from an Old Buckle

Sometimes the most stylish and original jewelry is made from the most unusual and, you might say, unpredictable things. I'd like to share an unusual way to make a unique piece of jewelry that can be a great addition to any outfit.

To make this pendant, you will need:
• chain;
• old buckle;
• old, small pendants or charms;
• wire;
• beads or seed beads;
• decorative metal buttons;
• wire cutters, round-nose pliers.
Cut a piece of thin wire up to 40 cm long. Attach a small butterfly-shaped charm to the old buckle (use the wire to secure the edges to the sides of the buckle).

If possible, wrap each side of the butterfly securely to the buckle. This is necessary to ensure that all elements stay firmly in place when the jewelry is worn.

Attach the decorative metal button following the same principle.
