DIY Ribbon Bow Hair Clip for a Girl

Different hair clips with bows and flowers are very popular right now. Many beautiful options are sold by crafters, and I decided to make something similar.
This was my first attempt; I simplified everything I saw online a little, but it turned out quite cute.

I’m sharing my tutorial with you.
First, take two wide lace ribbons and one narrow solid-color ribbon. Cut a strip of the wide ribbon and stick double-sided tape in the middle.

Fold the edges toward the tape on both sides, tie it with thread in the center (where the tape is), and shape it into a bow.

Make 2 bows like this, join them together with hot glue, and wrap them with ribbon. You can use lace ribbon.

Now make 2 loops from the thin ribbon, as shown in the photo. You can make different ones if you like.

Now make the inner leaf. To do this, take the second ribbon and shape the petals.

Make 5–6 petals and join them into one flower.

Glue the petals to the bow, attach the flower on top, and place a bead or a small “gem” in the center. Glue the hair clip to the back.

The final result will depend on which ribbons you choose. Most importantly, remember safety precautions, since the glue is hot. Use your imagination, and you’ll be able to make beautiful hair clips too. You can give them to someone as a gift or use them to decorate your little princesses’ hair. You can also make hair ties and other accessories using this technique.
