Beautiful Fluffy Bow from Thin Satin Ribbon

Required tools and materials:

2.5 cm ribbon;
ruler;
sharp scissors;
sewing pins;
needle;
thread;
glue;
candle.

Step-by-Step Instructions

From the roll of satin ribbon, cut two 17 cm pieces, four 13 cm pieces, and one 8 cm piece (for the center of the bow).

First, take two 13 cm pieces. Fold them so that the center forms a triangle (see photo), leaving the ends free. Fold the right side of the piece back into a triangle again; leave the left side unchanged.

Fold the left side of the piece in half lengthwise, and then fold the entire piece in half as well. Make two of these pieces.

Take the remaining two 13 cm pieces and form mirrored pieces from them. That is, fold the ribbons in the center into a triangle with free ends. Turn the left side and fold it back into a triangle again.

Fold the right side of the piece in half lengthwise, and then fold the entire piece in half, bringing the corner and free ends together. You need to make two of these pieces.

Take one of each piece. Sew them along the edge with basting stitches, gather, and secure.

Make two of these pieces.

Next, use the 17 cm pieces.

Fold them in the center into a corner.

Sew with a basting stitch, as shown in the photo. Pull the thread tight and secure.

Fold the last, shortest piece in half lengthwise and wrap it around the center of the sewn pieces.

All that's left is to glue the separately made pieces into the center of the bow, and your decoration is ready!
