Ah, I felt that it wasn't something simple. You are probably right. I'm not very good with a crochet hook. I can hardly imagine how these fragments can be joined into strips. Looking forward to the result! Thank you for responding!

You've issued a challenge))) I've been looking for a long time, the pattern is called "Rosenbud stitch" or "Flower stitch". All elements are crocheted, like in freeform technique (flowers and leaves), and then joined into strips. There is no video publicly available, but I will try to implement it as far as I've understood the technique.
